I could NOT believe ‘marsala’ was Pantone’s color of the year for 2015. Marsala is MY color. It’s the color I always wear. It’s the color of my branding. It’s the color I BLEED. So, I guess a styled shoot of marsala tones should naturally flow out of me, yea? It was so fun collaborating with new friends on the images below. Tennessee is so beautiful in the fall and the lovely home and landscape we worked from was a dream. Thank you, Brittany Mahood, for asking me to direct your wine colored vision. I loved every moment and your images make my heart skip a beat!
We had an incredible team of vendors for this shoot. Huge thanks to Linley Stokes for coordinating the logistics, to Jordan & Steve for being beautiful models inside and out, Lauren Ledbetter for creating stunning lettering and finding the perfect stamps, 12th Table for lending us your covetable goods (and for being good friends) Amanda Gros for your effortless hair and makeup skills, The Dress Theory for your gorgeous gown, Kayla of Laugh Love Cakes for bringing your Canadian cake talents to Tennessee and to Brittany Mahood for asking me to be involved at all. These are good wedding industry folks! Brides, I’d recommend any of them for your wedding! Any and all!!!
